Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Experience Research Senior Associate to shape user experiences across products and services through advanced research methods, combining quantitative and qualitative analyses with AI-assisted approaches.

You will lead studies, partner with cross-functional teams, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations while staying abreast of AI/ML trends and ethical practices in research.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on experience research concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• 3+ years of experience in generative and evaluative user experience research, employing advanced methods.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey design, ethnography, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and execute research studies using surveys, interviews, ethnography, and quantitative/qualitative techniques to gather customer insights.
• Analyze and interpret data, identify patterns and trends, provide actionable recommendations to inform UX design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of user insights into product development processes.
• Lead development of experience research strategies and align craft work to business goals and success metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends and AI/ML developments and ethics in research.
