Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and boutique leads. You will be accountable for guest satisfaction, service offerings, and top-line sales growth across beauty categories, with focus on NPS and guest experience.

You will drive store performance, coach talent, ensure training, and maintain compliance with procedures, while delivering a best-in-class guest experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license may be required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Cosmetology management: sales, guest experience, and product attachment; knowledge of Board of Cosmetology rules.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales, omni-channel and expense control.
• Schedule staffing within payroll budgets and coordinate with leadership.
• Address underperforming metrics and develop strategies to improve services and sales.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to boost sales.
• Coach direct reports and maintain exceptional guest service.
