You will manage people, operations, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure safety, service quality, and strong performance across grooming, training, and adoptions.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Full time availability; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the associate experience and store operations.
• Oversee pet parent experience across services (salon, training, adoption) and store events.
• Drive store P&L, controllable expenses, and labor management; ensure safety and policy compliance.
