Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a store team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales leaders. You will drive top-line growth in both retail and services while delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining compliance with company standards.

You will coach associates, manage scheduling and payroll, and stay informed on industry trends to keep the store competitive and guest-focused. A strong leadership presence and passion for beauty are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Strong financial management: top-line sales, reporting data interpretation, payroll budgeting, cost control.
• Cosmetology management experience or knowledge of salon services and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth in retail and services.
• Drive guest experience through service excellence, product demonstrations, and makeup/skincare consultations.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and operational standards; manage schedules and attendance.
• Develop and coach direct reports, participate in ongoing training and brand education, and foster teamwork.
