Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership or experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with computer applications and store systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure with composure and organization.
• Attention to detail and effective organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the associate experience and development, including performance reviews and coaching.
