You will coach staff, manage store operations, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding our values, safety standards, and the PetSmart brand promise.

This role requires hands-on leadership in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring a welcoming in-store experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership or experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full time availability; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications and strong written/verbal communication.
• Ability to perform under pressure with composure and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Leads the associate experience and supports development through reviews, coaching, and mentoring.
• Oversees store operations to ensure safe, healthy pets and excellent guest experiences.
• Manages staffing coverage, scheduling, and daily task delegation.
• Drives store P&L performance, labor costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures policy compliance and consistent execution of brand standards.
• Partners with teams to execute events and promotions, including adoptions and services.
