Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for leadership roles in retail leadership.
• Cosmetology license required where state law mandates it for salon services.
• Cosmetology management license may be required by state law in some contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience, services, sales, and boutique operations to drive top-line growth.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team across salon, boutiques, and services.
• Ensure store compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor performance, loyalty metrics, and payroll planning to optimize profitability.
