Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager in Spring Hill, TN to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers. You will own the guest experience, oversee services, boutiques, and retail sales, and ensure excellence in makeup, skincare, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years in fast-paced retail management.
• Experience with service culture and sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, Assistant Services Managers, Sales Managers and boutique leads.
• Drive guest experience, services, boutiques, retail sales, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage performance, attendance, and coaching to achieve APGs and KPI targets.
• Be knowledgeable of brand policies and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Develop and maintain clientele; train and coach store staff.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and budgeting to optimize productivity.
