Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a salon and boutique team while driving guest satisfaction and revenue across services, makeup, and retail. You will supervise stylists, estheticians, and guest coordinators, set priorities, coach performance, and ensure standards are met in a fast-paced beauty retailer environment.

The role focuses on accountability, scheduling, coaching, and applying brand and category education to enable continuous sales growth and exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with cosmetology knowledge where required.
• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
• Strong focus on guest experience, service quality and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering top-line sales growth in retail and services.
• Drive guest experience, satisfaction, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) across services and boutiques.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff; manage performance and succession planning.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, safety, and loss prevention.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operational scheduling to meet goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute brand standards and training programs.
