Ulta Beauty, a premier North American beauty retailer, seeks an Experience Manager to lead a diverse team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers across services, boutiques and retail. You will own guest experience, sales performance and NPS, guiding the team with a focus on results, culture, and process.

The role requires drive, industry passion, and the ability to coach others while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–3+ years retail management or similar experience.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams to achieve sales targets.
• Strong guest service focus with ability to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team across services, boutiques, and retail sales to grow guest satisfaction and NPS.
• Drive profitability through operating excellence, top-line sales growth and controlled expenses.
• Schedule and deploy staff to maximize productivity while maintaining attendance policies.
