Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists and coordinators, driving top-line growth across services, boutiques, and retail. You will manage guest experience, coach staff, and ensure compliance with store procedures to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management work experience or other relevant work experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, including sales, guest experience, and product attachment; knowledge of Board of Cosmetology regulations
• Retail management: monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving service culture, executing merchandise directives
• Leadership management: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, adapting to change, leading a team

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Use forecast and payroll budgets to schedule staff, maximize productivity, and meet payroll targets.
• Support direct reports in developing clientele and coaching for sales and guest service.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and products to better serve guests with knowledge of ingredients and benefits.
• Maintain attendance in line with Ulta Beauty policy.
