Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license required where law dictates.

• Drive top-line sales growth and ensure exceptional guest experience across services and retail.
• Develop staff through coaching, training and performance reviews.
• Maintain compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and attendance expectations.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize guest satisfaction and store performance.
