Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed the store’s goals related to services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni‑channel, and retail shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top‑line sales growth and expense control.
• Schedule and optimize staffing to maximize productivity within payroll budgets and store needs.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of salon and boutique staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
