• Drive profitability by improving metrics and leveraging programs and resources.
• Plan and execute in-store events to drive sales and brand partnerships.
• Develop staff through training, feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Lead guest engagement initiatives and ensure exceptional guest service.
