Job summary

Equinox is seeking an Experience Lead to elevate the member experience on the club floor. You will keep the fitness space immaculate, safe, and inviting, blending operational precision with hospitality. This role drives service-based engagement and supports front desk and class transitions.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, strong communication, and a passion for health and hospitality. CPR/AED certification is preferred or obtainable on hire. Flexible availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate fitness floor standards through organization and presentation.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and open/close checklists; address maintenance needs.
• Provide a warm, personalized, white-glove guest experience for members, including first-time visitors.
• Assist in class transitions and support front desk as needed (concierging).
• Promote and assist with Equifitsessions, Spa services, and Pilates with service-based selling.
