Equinox is seeking an Experience Lead to serve as the standard-bearer on the club floor, delivering immaculate spaces, proactive hospitality, and a seamless member experience. You will supervise floor operations, assist front desk, guide class transitions, and promote spa and Pilates services while upholding CPR/AED protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for health, fitness, and hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
• Proven ability to engage members and influence behavior with professionalism.
• CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate fitness floor standards, including re-racking and equipment presentation.
• Conduct opening/closing checks and escalate maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain constant floor presence to anticipate member needs.
• Assist front desk and facilitate smooth class transitions.
• Hold CPR/AED certification and serve as on-floor first responder for emergencies.
• Ensure safety standards and address member conduct professionally.
• Deliver a warm, personalized, white-glove experience for every member, including first-time guests.
• Promote Equifitsessions, Spa services, and Pilates through service-based selling.
• Stay informed about current offerings, pricing, and promotions.
