Equinox Bethesda is seeking an Experience Lead to be the standard-bearer on the club floor, ensuring the fitness space is immaculate, safe, and aligned with the Equinox standard. The role blends operational precision with anticipatory hospitality to elevate member experiences across touchpoints.

You will maintain floor cleanliness, supervise opening/closing routines, and engage members with a personalized, service-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience.
• CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Genuine passion for health, fitness, and hospitality.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate fitness floor standards and equipment presentation.
• Conduct daily checks and opening/closing procedures; address maintenance promptly.
• Maintain active floor presence and anticipate member needs.
• Assist front desk and facilitate smooth class transitions.
