Job summary

The NOW is seeking an Experience Guide in Los Angeles to join our massage boutique. You will greet guests, manage bookings, promote memberships, and maintain a clean, welcoming space.

This role requires a friendly, detail-oriented person with strong communication and computer skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Ability to deliver high level guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide top level guest service for all including internal guest service.
• Know and articulate The NOW mission and promote services, memberships, and retail.
• Be on time for your shift and open/close boutique according to procedures.
• Accurately book, change and cancel massage appointments via telephone.
• Ensure necessary waivers are signed prior to appointment.
• Greet guests and maintain professional communication.
• Operate computers for business use and manage cash transactions.
• Actively promote services, enhancements, memberships, and events.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized work area and sanitize as needed.
• Support training and staff meetings; assist with additional duties.
