Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor at the Mall of America location to lead daily sales floor operations and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role emphasizes a customer-obsessed approach, visual standards, and effective use of sales data to drive results.

You will partner with store leaders to manage inventory, training, and KPI achievement while maintaining a positive, inclusive environment. Full-time availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and serving teams and customers through innovation and inclusivity.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Focus on team collaboration and customer connection.
• Ability to use sales data and feedback to improve team performance.

• Must stand and stay active on the sales floor and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Full Time availability; open evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset, delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• Serve as Sales Floor Captain to drive performance through zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and priorities, including cash handling and store cleanliness, are executed.
• Coach team members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to meet customer needs.
• Provide feedback and growth moments, encouraging learning agility within the team.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new team members; reinforce standards and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Support leadership in achieving store KPIs, tracking sales and celebrating wins.
• Collaborate with leaders to monitor inventory, visuals, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to build an inclusive culture and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with store leadership.
