Job summary

Imagine Exhibitions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Supervisor: Exhibit and Retail Operations to oversee daily floor activities and ensure a high-quality guest experience. You will supervise frontline staff, assist with scheduling and training, and ensure adherence to safety and company policies.

You will act as the main liaison for staff inquiries and guest concerns, while driving excellent service, suggestive selling, and smooth open/close procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory or team lead experience preferred in retail, attractions, or hospitality.
• Guest-facing experience is required; strong cash handling and floor operations knowledge is a plus.
• Safety awareness and ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth exhibit and retail activity.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety guidelines are followed.
• Serve as first point of contact for guest questions and escalations.
• Lead customer service and suggestive selling; assist with opening/closing and cash reporting.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stocking; provide coaching to staff.
• Communicate updates and goals from management to the team.
• Support promotions, events, and other operational initiatives.
