Merlin Entertainments in Bloomington, MN is seeking an Admissions Supervisor to lead the Admissions Department and deliver world-class guest experiences. You will coach a high-performing team, partner with leadership to drive guest satisfaction and revenue, and recruit and onboard top talent while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in admissions-based environments.
• Experience in guest-facing roles in hospitality, attractions, or retail.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Sales experience and proficiency with computerized till systems.
