JPMorganChase is seeking an Experience Design Vice President within Corporate Technology Compliance Surveillance to lead UX strategy across complex products. You’ll mentor designers, drive inclusive design and align discovery with business needs, delivering customer-centric experiences at scale.

You will shape UX for sophisticated surveillance workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and advance accessibility while guiding end-to-end design initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in user experience design or related roles with impact.
• Ability to create visual representations of journeys via wireframes/prototypes.
• Experience applying inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Proven ability to translate proposals into transformative designs.
• Strong technical literacy on client-side tech, APIs, microservices and UX impact.
• Experience delivering UX across discovery, design and delivery.
• Experience with fast-paced, iterative design and testing.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools with responsible AI principles.

• Develop and execute design/research strategies aligned with business goals.
• Diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototypes across domains.
• Promote inclusive design and mentor junior designers.
