You will apply inclusive design, advance in a fast-paced environment, and drive UX research, prototyping, and discovery methods. This role shapes how professionals interact with critical systems across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX design or related field.
• Ability to storyboard user journeys and prototype.
• Experience with inclusive design and accessibility.
• Develop north star representations to guide decisions.
• Strong technical literacy: APIs, microservices, and front-end tech impact on UX.
• Experience applying UX methods in complex problems.
• Proven ability to drive customer-centric design in discovery, design, and delivery.
• Experience with fast-paced iterative design and testing.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototypes for key touchpoints.
• Mentor junior designers and promote inclusive design practices.
• Integrate UX into product development with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze trends and user insights to inform design decisions.
• Tackle ambiguous problems to identify high-value UX work.
• Create UX plans and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Share learnings on surveillance workflows to align stakeholders.
