Job summary
Bank of America’s Experience Design (XD) team seeks an Experience Design Executive to lead a multi-disciplinary organization responsible for shaping enterprise-scale digital experiences that drive growth, value, and efficiency.
You will partner with senior leaders across product, technology, marketing, risk and lines of business, build high-performing teams, advance design maturity, and champion AI-enabled transformation in a highly regulated environment.
Qualifications
- Extensive leadership of large, cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable design experiences.
- Experience operating in highly regulated environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary organization shaping enterprise-scale experiences.
- Partner with executives across Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations to set priorities.
- Establish governance and optimize design maturity and outcomes.
- Drive AI-enabled transformation across products and workflows.
- Champion inclusive, accessible experiences with measurable outcomes.
