Job summary

Bank of America’s Experience Design (XD) team is seeking an XD III to lead the vision and delivery of complex digital experiences across multiple initiatives. You will be an AI-first senior contributor collaborating with product, engineering, and design partners to deliver strategic and tactical solutions.

You will drive research, UX design, and design systems, applying advanced frameworks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while advancing team strategy and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry design experience across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience researching AI-enabled experiences and evaluating trust, transparency, and responsible AI.
• Proficient in design-to-code tools like Figma, Copilot, Github, Lovable, Cursor and Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, optimize and deliver useful and elegant digital experiences across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Apply breadth of research capabilities across generative and evaluative UX research to craft solutions.
• Build influence and partnerships with stakeholders outside ongoing project work.
