Job summary

Bank of America’s Experience Design (XD) team seeks an Experience Designer III to lead the vision and execution of next‑level digital experiences. You will bridge research, design, and engineering to deliver strategic and tactical solutions across multiple initiatives, emphasizing AI‑driven insights and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED.
• Extensive experience in multi-disciplinary XD and research.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and agile practices.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, and design teams to ship digital products.
• Experience applying qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled experiences and responsible AI considerations.
• Proficiency with design tools and design-to-code workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead XD delivery across end-to-end digital experiences.
• Apply a broad range of research capabilities to craft complete product solutions.
• Partner with product management and engineering to execute on strategy.
• Develop scalable research frameworks, governance, and knowledge management practices.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to influence direction.
