Job summary

Bank of America’s Experience Design (XD) team seeks an XD II to lead advanced execution for interdisciplinary product design delivering strategic and tactical solutions for Digital Platforms and the Erica AI Virtual Assistant. You will build cross-functional relationships across the organization to influence priorities and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high experience quality.

Qualifications

Multidisciplinary product design with a portfolio demonstrating expertise.
Experience designing multi-channel consumer apps, AI-powered experiences, responsive web and complex digital products.
Strong user-centered design principles and practices, Lean UX, Design Sprints, Agile.
Cross-functional collaboration to ship customer-facing digital products.
Ability to leverage and advance design systems within brand guidelines.
Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design.
Self-motivated problem solver with strong work ethic and communication skills.
Experience leveraging AI agents, automation or assistants in shipping and production.
Proven ability to influence and partner with engineers and product managers.
