Qualifications

• Over 15 years leading product/experience/design teams.
• Over 10 years guiding large, distributed teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design leadership.
• Ability to shape business strategy via customer insight.
• Experience with governance, investment strategies, and scaling.
• Proven AI-enabled transformation experience.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Hold leadership to on-time, on-budget delivery of roadmap projects.
• Represent XD as strategic business capability to drive growth.
• Shape enterprise experience strategy across portfolios and journeys.
• Lead a high-performing interdisciplinary organization.
• Partner with executives to align investment priorities.
• Define how to identify and solve complex problems through human-centered approaches.
• Establish experience quality standards and review mechanisms.
