Canyon Ranch is seeking a customer-focused team member to enhance guest experiences across wellness services and lectures. You will match guest goals with suitable offerings and provide on-site consultations, booking support, and personalized assistance.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic hospitality environment, with shifts spanning 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Health benefits and generous time off are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience considered.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience considered.


• Experience in the health and wellness industry preferred; previous customer service experience required.


• Proficient in Microsoft applications and able to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently under pressure.


• Strong communication, listening, interpretive, and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Personable and guest-focused, demonstrating understanding of Canyon Ranch philosophy and a passion for exceptional guest service.


• Work 8.5-hour shifts with flexible scheduling between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM, balancing operational needs and shift preferences.

The pay rate for this position starts at $18.00/hour.
