Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, seeks an Experience Activity Coordinator to plan and execute daily activities, welcome guests, and develop on/off-site events across the resort. You will promote experiences, handle guest feedback, and personalize stays through proactive profiling, while coordinating schedules and updating materials.

Flexibility and strong communication are essential for this energetic role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Event planning, catering, or recreation experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and maintain energy throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily activities for resort guests.
• Welcome and introduce guests to experiences upon arrival.
• Create, develop, and implement on/off-site events.
• Promote and build excitement for scheduled events.
• Address and resolve guest complaints.
• Personalize experiences through a proactive guest profiling program.
• Schedule activities, update marketing materials, and adjust for changes.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
