Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Wisconsin seeks a Grand Experiences Supervisor to bridge the Grand Experiences Manager with the Activities Representatives, Coordinators, Concierge, and Geneva Club teams, ensuring consistently high-quality guest experiences.

You will oversee programming, develop new offerings, manage schedules, handle administrative duties, and coordinate purchasing and class management in SMS Host and Birchstreet.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; two- or four-year programs are acceptable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in event planning, catering, or recreation preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• High energy, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Will ing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the quality of programming.
• Develop new programming and implement it.
• Assist in maintaining daily responsibilities sheets and weekly schedules, including Geneva Club administrative duties.
• Assist in purchasing through Birchstreet.
• Reserve, bill, create and modify classes in SMS Host.
• Supervise Coordinators to ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Supervise Activities Representatives to ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Ensure all food and beverage standards are followed.
• Liaise between Culinary staff and Geneva Club Butlers.
• Adjust scheduling as needed daily.
• Take on special projects as assigned.

As the Grand Experiences Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll serve as a liaison between the Grand Experiences Manager and the Activities Representative & Coordinator, Concierge, and Geneva Club Teams by observing and stepping in when necessary to provide consistently high-quality experiences to our guests.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure all food and beverage standards are being followed.
• Act as Liaison between Culinary staff and Geneva Club Butlers.
• Be aware of scheduling needs and make adjustments as needed on a daily basis.
• Special projects as assigned.

• Two- or Four-year college degree preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experiences in event planning, catering or recreation preferred.
• Previous Supervisory Experience preferred.
