The Marcus Corporation’s Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, seeks an Experience Activities Coordinator to plan and execute daily activities for resort guests, welcome guests, and coordinate on/off-site events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily activities for resort guests.
• Welcome and introduce guests to experiences upon arrival.
• Create, develop, and implement on/off-site events.
• Promote and build excitement for scheduled events.
• Address and resolve guest complaints.
• Personalize experiences through a proactive guest profiling program.
• Schedule activities, update marketing materials, and adjust for changes that may arise.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

As an Experience Activity Coordinator at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will coordinate and facilitate property wide activities and guest events and ensure that guests are aware of all recreational opportunities available to them throughout the resort.
