Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Experience Activity Coordinator. You will coordinate daily activities, welcome guests to experiences, and design on/off-site events to enhance guest enjoyment.

The role requires energy, creativity, and strong guest relations, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. The position focuses on delivering personalized experiences, resolving guest issues, and coordinating programs across the resort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Event planning, catering, or recreation experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily activities for resort guests.
• Welcome and introduce guests to experiences upon arrival.
• Create, develop, and implement on/off-site events.
• Promote and build excitement for scheduled events.
• Address and resolve guest complaints.
• Personalize experiences through a proactive guest profiling program.
• Schedule activities, update marketing materials, and adjust for changes that may arise.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

As an Experience Activity Coordinator at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will coordinate and facilitate property wide activities and guest events and ensure that guests are aware of all recreational opportunities available to them throughout the resort.
