Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an Experience Activity Coordinator to plan and execute daily activities for guests across the property. You will welcome guests, coordinate on-site and off-site events, and promote experiences while addressing guest concerns.

The role requires high energy, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic resort environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; event planning, catering, or recreation experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask are essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; independent decision making with safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily activities for resort guests.
• Welcome and introduce guests to experiences on arrival.
• Create, develop, and implement on/off-site events.
• Promote and build excitement for scheduled events.
• Address and resolve guest complaints.
• Personalize experiences through guest profiling.
• Schedule activities and update marketing materials.
