You will develop and maintain vendor relationships, monitor statements, respond to inquiries, and support accurate accounts payable processing to help keep our supply chain running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience reconciling inventory payables.
• Experience reconciling vendor statements.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders to obtain approval.
• Identify and resolve variances between PO and invoice.
• Collaborate with vendors and branches to correct errors.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement preventive processes.
• Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor accounts payable queues to ensure timely processing.
