Bethesda Country Club is seeking a skilled Kitchen Expediter to join our busy culinary team. The role coordinates ticket flow, ensures quality, and acts as the communication link between the front and back of the house to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will thrive in a fast-paced private club environment, maintain organization at the expo station, and support chefs, line cooks, and servers. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Expediter, Line Cook, or in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant or club environment.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food service timing, and ticket management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary communication link between the culinary and service teams during meal service.
• Coordinate ticket flow and prioritize orders to ensure accurate, timely execution.
• Perform final quality checks to ensure every dish meets club standards for presentation, accuracy, and completeness.
• Maintain efficient pacing during high-volume service periods while supporting a smooth kitchen workflow.
