Slightly North of Broad in Charleston is seeking an Expeditor to bridge the kitchen and front of house, ensuring every dish is flawless and up to standard. You will work closely with chefs to expedite orders and uphold high hospitality standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role suits someone with 2+ years in a restaurant, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided; nights, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Need positive, warm, hospitable demeanor with FOH/BOH experience in upscale, fine-dining environments.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Minimum 2+ years’ restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Help expedite dishes during service in coordination with chefs.
• Support both BOH and FOH teams to maintain flow during peak hours.
• Ensure dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to resolve issues quickly.
