Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters is seeking an Expeditor to coordinate orders from the kitchen, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and presentation for guests. You will serve as the quality and speed gatekeeper in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities include relaying information between kitchen and front-of-house, keeping orders complete and well-presented, and managing multiple tickets with a proactive, team-oriented approach to guest satisfaction.

• Communicate any delays, issues, or dietary concerns clearly to servers or management.
• Support kitchen or service staff during high-volume shifts as needed.
