Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the front desk, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to patient inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments for medical imaging procedures.
• Maintain and organize electronic medical records (EMR) with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process medical records requests, including retrieval, release, and distribution of patient information in compliance with HIPAA.
• Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays at time of service.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient daily operations.
