Job summary

Haven Home Care is expanding in Eastern Ohio and seeks a Supervisory LPN to establish our presence across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. This is a part-time, growth-focused role with a per-visit pay structure and mileage reimbursement.

The position supports building the client base from the ground up; initial hours may be minimal, with visits increasing as client volume grows. You will supervise Home Health Aides and handle pre-employment testing in a dynamic expansion

Qualifications

• Must have Ohio LPN license in good standing and graduated from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance that covers driving for work.
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a home health agency or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate documentation according to agency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides and complete open visits for new clients.
• Conduct skills and written tests for Home Health Aide candidates.
