Job summary

Haven Home Care seeks an LPN for supervisory visits as part of its Eastern Ohio expansion. You will complete open visits, collect documentation, and supervise Home Health Aides every 60 days, while handling pre-employment testing for aides.

The role is part-time and field-based, with mileage reimbursement and no guaranteed weekly hours. Ideal candidates are licensed in Ohio, 18+, with reliable transportation and CPR.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance that covers driving for work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Successful completion of criminal background check, skills test, and written nursing test.
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and document findings according to agency standards.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides.
• Complete pre-employment testing for Home Health Aide candidates.
• This role does not involve skilled nursing care or medical assessments.
