Job summary

Posit is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive expansion revenue within its existing customer base, partnering with Account Managers to generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer goals. You will qualify, advance, and close opportunities while collaborating with Customer Success and product teams to ensure smooth post-sale handoffs and rapid adoption.

You’ll shadow senior reps, learn the product suite, and help build a repeatable expansion playbook as you ramp

Qualifications

• Experience in software sales—sourcing and closing.
• Strong interest in inside sales and enterprise data software.
• Proven track record of qualifying interest and leading discovery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Coachable with a strong work ethic and hustle.

Responsibilities

• Expand revenue within existing accounts via upsell and cross-sell.
• Qualify, advance, and close opportunities with measurable revenue.
• Collaborate with account managers, CS, and product teams for post-sale handoffs.
• Shadow and support senior reps on demos and presentations.
• Provide product feedback based on customer demand.
