Job summary

Rippling is expanding its Accounting and HR Advisory Channel and seeks a Channel Account Executive to acquire and onboard net-new partner firms, drive referrals, and position Rippling’s the HR, Finance, and IT services. You will manage a consultative sales process, build relationships, and work with the Expansion team after the first year.

Qualifications

• CAE with tenure >12 months by Jan 31, 2026.
• Documented track record of penetrating partner base.
• Consistent track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Meets north star metrics of 10 RS2s/month.
• Strong relationships within partner firms and ability to generate referrals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a highly consultative sales process and position Rippling to new prospective partners using MEDDPICC.
• Handle a high volume of partner and partner client pipeline with accounting and HR advisory firms.
• Create strategic account plans to align with partners' growth goals and expand relationships.
• Keep partners updated on Rippling product developments and best practices.
• Win new partners and client business by understanding and positioning against competition.
• Deliver product demos to showcase Rippling value to partners and clients.
• Collaborate with other Account Executives to maximize value and win rates.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline with accurate CRM notes to meet quotas.
