Job summary

UiPath, Inc. is seeking an Expansion Sales Executive to drive revenue growth within existing commercial customers in the Central region, focusing on how agentic AI and automation can deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will own a defined territory, develop a data-driven strategy, and work with partners and internal teams to move opportunities through complex expansion cycles and achieve quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience expanding existing accounts and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Strong account planning and territory research.
• Ability to engage senior decision makers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined commercial territory in the Central region and expand revenue within existing customers.
• Lead complex expansion sales cycles and articulate ROI of agentic AI and automation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to maximize value.
• Partner with SI to identify expansion opportunities and ensure long-term customer success.
