Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. seeks an Expanded Learning Manager to oversee multiple after-school programs, ensuring operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will report to the Director of Expanded Learning and coordinate with Site Coordinators.

Responsibilities include HR management, budgeting, stakeholder relations, and ensuring state compliance. This full-time role requires travel up to 30% and a strong background in early child education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in early child education and leadership of a child care center.
• Experience supervising and leading a team.
• Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.
• CPR/FA, fingerprint LIVE SCAN, and Mandated Reporter training preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple after-school enrichment programs and site coordinators.
• Ensure operations, quality, customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop contracts plan and site goals with Expanded Learning Director.
• Establish relationships with principals, districts, parents.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, evaluation, scheduling, and training.
• Maintain state compliance and standard operating procedures.
• Promote programs at school and community events.
• Travel up to 30% to assigned sites.
