Qualifications

• Certification in Child Care preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of childcare experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily operations of campus-based before/after school Extended Learning programs.
• Create a safe, inviting education environment with age-appropriate enrichment and activities.
• Coordinate field trips and full-day events, ensuring safety and logistics.
• Communicate with parents and coordinate with campus administration and staff.
• Recruit students to maintain minimum enrollment and manage records with confidentiality.
