Catalyst Family Inc. in Tustin, CA, is seeking a Site Coordinator to oversee Instructor staff and programming at designated after-school sites.

The role emphasizes strong supervision of students, clear communication with the Expanded Learning Manager and Director, and maintaining a fun, organized environment. Responsibilities include site staff management, meetings with ELM/ELD, partnering with school staff, HR support for hiring/training, and ensuring curriculum and safety standards are met.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; paraprofessional eligibility varies by district.
• Experience mentoring and leading adults preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee one to two after-school sites and supervise staff.
• Split time between administrative duties and classroom mentoring.
• Attend Site Coordinator meetings with ELM and ELD.
• Report regularly to the Expanded Learning Manager on program, site and staff performance.
• Develop strong relationships with school administration, district personnel and parents.
• Assist HR with interviewing, hiring and training new staff.
• Manage interns and volunteers at site.
• Ensure safety, attendance records and staff-to-student ratios.
