Job summary

Bay Area Community Resources, Inc leads expanded learning programs for TK/K youth, ensuring high-quality outcomes across academic, social-emotional, and developmental domains. The EXL Program Coordinator fosters safe environments, strong relationships, and equitable access while collaborating with schools, families, and community partners.

The role emphasizes restorative practices, CQI, and people-centered leadership, with a pathway into education leadership and social impact.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; 48 college units accepted or equivalent experience.
• Criminal background check and TB clearance required.
• Minimum 3 years in a K-12/ youth-serving setting and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday through the academic year.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, inclusive environment supporting youth development.
• Build relationships with students, families, and community partners.
• Support SEL through restorative practices and positive behavior supports.
• Collaborate with school staff to address student needs and equity goals.
• Lead program operations, scheduling, attendance, and CQI processes.
