Requirements include an active dental assistant license, radiology certification, CPR/BLS, and 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Active dental assistant license/certification as required by state.
• Radiology (x-ray) certification as required by state.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• 2+ years of dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during various dental procedures and maintain patient flow.
• Support the DA office team and ensure efficient operatory setup.
• Breakdown operatory rooms and complete sterilization procedures.
• Follow OSHA and HIPAA requirements and maintain equipment maintenance schedules.
• Take dental radiographs and educate patients on post-treatment care.
