Aspen Dental is seeking an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant in Eugene, Oregon to support patient care and help the team deliver outstanding service. You will assist doctors, prepare operatory rooms, perform sterilization, and help with patient education and radiographs.

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant License or registration as required by state.
• Radiology (x-ray) certification as required by state.
• Current CPR or BLS certificate and CE maintenance.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Proficient chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and supervise the flow of patient care throughout the day.
• Breakdown operatory rooms and perform sterilization per policy.
• Take dental radiographs and provide patient care instructions.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Support inventory and supplies management within budget.
